1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services provided by BitJeton s.r.o. (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) through our platform. By using our website (the “Site”) or accessing any related services (the “Services”), you agree to comply with these terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should immediately stop using the Site and Services.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND RESTRICTIONS
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Not reside in or be located in any of the following countries, which are subject to international sanctions or regulatory restrictions (“Restricted Countries”):

If your lifetime transaction volume exceeds €1,000 (or the equivalent in other currencies), you will be required to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) as per anti-money laundering (AML) laws. Transactions may be restricted if you do not comply with this requirement.
3. DEFINITIONS
- Consumer: An individual using the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Conversion Service: The service allowing the exchange of FIAT currency for cryptocurrency, between different cryptocurrencies, or converting cryptocurrency back into FIAT currency.
- Cryptocurrency: A decentralized digital currency that utilizes cryptography for secure transactions, independent of a central bank.
- Distributor: A third-party entity or individual that partners with BitJeton to provide payment services.
- Fee(s): Charges levied by BitJeton for the provision of Services.
- FIAT Currency: Traditional government-issued currencies such as EUR, USD, etc.
- Nominal Value: The value assigned to a cryptocurrency or asset by the Consumer during a transaction.
- Order: A Consumer’s request to purchase or convert cryptocurrencies using the Services.
- Services: All offerings provided by BitJeton, including Conversion services.
- Website: The online platform at https://bitjeton.io.
4. SERVICE ACCESS
You can access and use the Services on our Website without needing to create an account or register. Your activity will be tracked directly through the platform, and you will be able to submit Orders for cryptocurrency conversions or purchases. No personal account, internal wallet, or profile is required.
5. KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER (KYC) AND ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AML) COMPLIANCE
To comply with applicable AML laws, if your lifetime transaction volume exceeds €1,000 (or its equivalent), you will be required to complete the KYC process. This will involve submitting identification and other necessary documentation to verify your identity. Failure to complete this process may result in delays or suspension of your ability to use our Services.
6. TRANSACTION ORDER AND CONVERSION SERVICES
When you submit an Order through the Site, you are instructing us to process the transaction as per your specified requirements (e.g., amount, currency type, and payment method).
- Asset Expiration: BitJeton assets are valid for 180 days from the point of generation. After this period, the assets will no longer be redeemable, and the nominal value will revert to BitJeton.
- Conversion Services: We offer services to convert FIAT currency to cryptocurrency, swap between different cryptocurrencies, or convert cryptocurrency back into FIAT. All transactions are subject to applicable fees, which are disclosed on the Website.
7. SERVICE RESTRICTIONS
We reserve the right to impose restrictions on transactions or freeze funds if:
- A transaction violates applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms.
- The cryptocurrency was obtained through unlawful means.
- Assets are expired or invalid.
8. FEES AND CHARGES
All transactions using the Services will incur fees, which are listed on the Website. These fees may be subject to change, and BitJeton will provide notice of any updates at least 14 days in advance. Fees may include a percentage of the transaction amount, flat fees, and third-party service provider charges.
9. WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
You have the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days of completing a transaction, provided you have not yet redeemed or converted the assets. If you wish to withdraw, please use the withdrawal form or contact us via email at [email protected].
The withdrawal right is not applicable to Consumers outside the European Union.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BitJeton strives to maintain continuous and reliable service, but we are not responsible for any technical failures, interruptions, or delays caused by force majeure events or other circumstances beyond our control.
We are also not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from the misuse or failure to use the Website or Services properly.
11. CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS
If you experience issues with the Services, you can submit a complaint via email to [email protected]. We will review and resolve the complaint within 30 days. If the matter remains unresolved, you can escalate the issue to relevant dispute resolution authorities or pursue legal remedies in the appropriate courts.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement should be resolved through amicable negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to the courts of the Czech Republic and governed by Czech law.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
BitJeton reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes, and any updates will be posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
15. SUPERVISION AUTHORITY
